Came here for date night on Saturday night. Pretty spacious restaurant with nice decor. Service was friendly and helpful. The menu had a nice variety and the food was plated well. CUATRO QUESOS FUNDIDOS chorizo + poblano peppers + onions- it was good. I'd get it again, ask for extra tortillas Tacos mix/match pick 3- pork belly, carne asada and mahi mahi. They were all good but I preferred the mahi mahi because it was the most flavorful Carne Asada enchilada- my husband was happy with it. Overall, the food was good but I'd prefer more heat to my dishes. We noticed the menu had happy hour specials. We would definitely try this place again.

I've been passing by Mxdc for the longest time and was excited to visit! My girlfriends and I came here for a holiday lunch and were so happy with the experience. For the table, we got guacamole and chips. Very flavorful and fresh! For my entree, I got the Birria Tacos. While these did not come with consume soup, they were more open face tacos with birria style beef. Delicious, meaty, and tender. Not to mention, this birria trio was a decent price ($13) for 3 tacos. To drink I had a grapefruit margarita - absolutely delicious! My friends who got festive menu drinks had a Grinch on top of their cocktails which was the perfect touch. I loved the decor of Christmas trees and ornaments they had for the holiday season! We took beautiful pictures throughout the restaurant :) The service was speedy and very accommodating through each course of the meal. Will surely be back soon to try more tacos and tasty drinks!

Food was great. I went two nights in a row. I got a blackberry margarita one night and the kiss kiss cocktail the other. Kiss kiss was not amazing but the blackberry margarita was great. I also got chicken enchiladas every night. Service was a little inconsistent. One night we got chips and salsa. The other night we didnt. The ambience was amazing.

Came here for mother's day brunch. Was a sweet gesture for them to hand out roses to the mamas. The queso fundido was good, although the chorizo was a bit scant. I didn't particularly enjoy the goat cheese quesadilla. The huevos rancheros were solid, but sadly not epic. The churros were freshly made, and the caramel sauce was so good! A lot of the items we wanted to order (chilaquiles, lobster, guacamole, several tacos). This was very disappointing. The restaurant was fairly empty, so we wondered if they could plan and execute better.

Had late dinner and drinks here with a friend. The inside of the restaurant is cute and I love the indoor/ outdoor area. Great for people watching on 14th street. The Margarita De Casa was good. I was happy with the three tacos I tried-- Carne Asada, Cochinita Pibil, Mahi Mahi. The tacos were a little pricey but flavorful and decently made. My friend was happy with the sushi rolls he ordered. Would come back here if I'm looking for a cute indoor/ outdoor sit-down spot on 14th street with decent Mexican food.

When we came here they were having some type of foodie week where they had a variety of specials and you got to try a little of everything and it did not disappoint. Everything was freshly made it seemed like, different flavors and cooked so that nothing was dry, too spicy, or runny, it was just a great experience overall. Such a good concept.

MXDC tacos were a bit smaller than expected and not as filling. The brussel sprouts were a big soggy as well, but the flavors were great. The guacamole is amazing and would highly recommend. Service was a bit slow, waited over 30 minutes for the tacos.

MXDC is a nice sit-down Mexican restaurant off 14th street. My family and I went on a Friday night, expecting the place to be full. Surprisingly, we were only one of several tables being served. We ordered a variety of their entrees, including their tacos, steak fajitas, whole chicken, and chili dish. The fajitas are made to include chicken, steak, and seafood but since I only wanted steak, they gave me 3 portions worth. No place has even compared to how much protein MXDC gives you. I had three fajitas and still had plenty of steak to take home! We also had their chips & guac, tres leches cake, and sorbet/gelato dessert. The tres leches cake was soo moist and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The sorbet was thick and refreshing. My family ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts for under $150. Can't complain about that!
